Thanks to my amazing fiance I am 12 days free of analogs. She got me an eGo C Twist, a few Stardusts and some tanks. Very happy vaping bourbon and RY4's. Right now I'm lusting after a VTube after she researched a little more. I can see where this hobby can get expensive but it's still better than my $11.97 a day habit.

I have a black VTube. It's quite nice. Great prices from Apollo with the 30% discount code as well. I believe the stainless steel one is the newer technology, but don't quote me on that one. (Apollo had a subforum on here where all questions can be answered)

And congrats on the switch. I used to live off Algonquin across from Motorola. (Then Lakeview in the city). I was back last year to visit friends and didn't bring enough smokes with me and nearly had a coronary when I had to buy a couple of packs. When I left the area in 2000 I was paying around $5 a pack for Camels, and thought that was high (compared to what I had been used to here in the southern states).

I think it's Vapors 4 Life that have a retail store out that way. Forget if it's Shaumburg or one of the more western suburbs.

Congratulations JohnnyV! Sounds like your fiancé has your back! I see you are in Il, that's where my favorite supplier VaporBeast is. Ive been vaping their Holy Grail Ry4 and it is AMAZING! Since you enjoy Ry4 I thought you might appreciate the tip! :)

Keep up the great work, and check out VaporBeast as I know they are in your back yard, which is very cool!

Woot! Tear it up. I used to could run about a block before I quit and now I run for a mile and I'm barely out of breath. It makes a big difference what smoking does to a person but because it happens so slow you don't notice how bad you are making your life. You are essentially disabling yourself until you actually succeed in killing yourself on stupid tobacco. I've seen it too many times to be that guy so I quit 5+ months ago and I've never been happier. We didn't have Ego Twists back then either so you got lucky to come into the vaping world at the right time!
