S'all good - thank you kindly for the feedback. I'd rather get honest thoughts as opposed to yearbook feedback! It's a huge decision. I am anxious to see where it's going. We do plan on putting something inside that O
Not sure what, yet!
I like the juice. You could send it to me in your shoe and I wouldn't care.
Amen to that!

Keep it simple... don't over design. A nice, clean logo with a simple, short tag line is all you need. A lot of companies try to explain their whole business in their logo. It never works and usually looks amateurish.
In my day job I get $150 an hour for advice like that, but this one's on me!
Now I think we need to meet up over a couple "milkshakes" to talk website design!
Websites look better simple, too. Ones that overload (systems or people) are often subconsciously avoided by most people. That is one of the reasons I love the NT website. It is simple, has all the info anyone could need (love to guide new people to the FAQ menu), easy to navigate and loads super fast. I am guessing Apache on Linux, because of the speed and dependability!
Aesthetically, the 2nd one just doesnt look right to me. I like words on the same X axis like the first one. The burst of colors makes it hard to focus on the name in the first one. Maybe try one like the first one, but put the burst of colors back inside the circle. You could then use the top and bottom of the inside of the circle for your tag-line/slogan.
For what it's worth (my opinion, I mean)... I say that you can keep both of those new versions. They spin on the same theme and can be for different use cases..... the horizontal one for more use on banners, labels etc... both look nice
I would also make sure that if you continue to print labels in black and white that the new logo "translates"/conveys your feel in that medium as well (1 color that is)... It would seem the rainbow "spray" is pretty integrated to your feel, so when it is in b/w does it convey the same corporate message? All that is moot, of course, if you are going to start color labeling.
