I have been smoke free for 13 days today. I was a 3 pack a day smoker for 20 of the 35 years I smoked. I give all the credit to vaping. Thank you for what I hope is a longer and healthier life.

Welcome to ecf. Good job. I was a heavy smoker also. Been free for 3 + yrs. Food will start tasting good again and no more coughing fits. (well, not after you get all of the built up gunk out of your lungs anyway.) Keep us informed on your progress. Read a lot of info on this forum and enjoy your new found freedom....AND increase your liquid intake......

I have a question, Can anyone tell me where I can get Nicotine e-liquid in (or shipped to) Canada? I don't want any issues at Customs
Hard for me to say. There are loads of Canadians here on ecf. Think they have their own forum also. If you look at ecf's first page...scroll down towards the bottom and you will find a listing of country's with their own specific stuff about their homelands. You will need to have 5 posts and wait until the server updates before you can post elsewhere in ecf. Looks like you only have a few more to go.
Of course this does not mean you can't stay here and enjoy our company while you post your comments.....
