18350 vs 10440

I currently have a laser pointer mod with a 10440 in it, using a LR 801.
I'm obviously not getting a lot of battery life.

I'm considering another mod, the roughstack over at madvapes, that runs on a 18350.

About what kind of performance enhancement could I expect, unsing my LR 801 atties?

Going from the 10400 at 500-600mAh to the 18350 at 1200mAh should get you about 2 times the life - but it's a general rule of thumb....your mileage may vary type of thing.
