You mean the Saber Touch (looks like a Grecian column) from Vapor Moon, right?

Within the same brand (an important caveat), the higher the mAh, the more puffs per battery charge and the longer the battery will stay at higher voltage (it starts at 4.2V fully charged). However, most claimed mAh is exagerated. I suspect that Tenergy does that less than Ultrafire or Trustfire (not that those two are bad).

I'd rather have the AW 18650 Protected 2600 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery than the Ultrafire 18650 3000mah BUTTON TOP Protected Rechargeable Lithium Battery. The former, of course, is more expensive.

And then there are these "high drain" LiMN (lithium magnesium, rather than Li-Ion: lithium ion) batteries (the technology behind which I don't understand). I might want the AW IMR 18650 3.7v 1600mAh High Drain LiMN Battery.

Any of the above should work just fine in the Saber Touch. [Check with Vapor Moon to see if a top button is significant for fit.] Just stay away from the no-name batts (some of which may be OK, but they are unknown quantities).
