I usually get my batteries from Oveready. The AW IMR's are what I use in all my mods, and are highly recommended. You can get the charger there as well if you'd like.

Just remember to select the capsule shipping info before you add to your cart, or they will cancel the order (shipping restrictions into Canada). The basic capsule is all you need to add.

I'm a huge fan of the Efest batteries, but AW has a really good reputation as well. Panasonics are great too, and there is a bit of buzz about these orbtronic batteries.

In any case, you need 18650 IMR batteries and a charger like the Nitecore or Trustfire TF-001.

You should also read up on battery safety. Here are some links:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ures-serious-battery-failure-imr-18650-a.html

Bottom line you need to be sure your charger won't charge over 4.2v (so use a multimeter) and you need to treat them with care, and never leave them on a charger unattended.

Finally, some batteries won't fit in the SID without removing the sticker. Pbusardo has a SID review on his youtube channel showing this "issue". Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

Hope this helps!

AW IMR is very good and there was a graph at one point showing that the Panasonic CGR18650CH is the best out there, most consistent and the one who last the longer, not sure if it's an IMR tho. Don't go cheap on batteries and chargers, the cheaper, the more chance it is a knockoff that can go wrong.

I'd recommend an Xtar charger, very popular around here, good reputation, mine was only 25$, can charge 2 batteries at 1 amp, twice as fast as a 0.5A charger and still very safe. I think there's some at 2A but then, not so sure if all batteries can handle it.

also what is this capsule stuff you refer off

The capsule is just a plastic sheath they put the battery in for transport. It's part of the restrictions for international transport. But on the plus side, you can always use the capsules for carrying around spare batteries.

Thank you for your answer i am checking them out. What makes the aw imr better?? long lasting?safe?goodvape? also what is this capsule stuff you refer off

AW is the brand, they are a good brand for batteries. IMR is the chemistry of the battery, they are made for high drain applications, and are safer than other types of Li-ion batteries. For a SID, which you can crank up, you should get IMR's. Get one of the ones recommended in this thread. If you go for panasonics, get the specific model that zurd mentioned, panasonic does make batteries that are not imr chemistry.
