18650's and Ultrafire Charger Question, Overcharging?

Ok I have had an ultrafire wf-188 for less than a year now that I purchased from super T manufacturing. I have panasonic 18650's and efest 18350's. Lately the 18350's come fresh of the charger spot on at 4.19v. The 18650's are coming off the charger at 4.22v to 4.23v. After 24 hours they drop to 4.21v to 4.22.

Is this a bad thing? Im so used to seeing 4.19 that this is very odd to me. The chager came highly recommended back when I purchased it.

If you read the specs most chargers are +/- 0.01V

I know. Which is why I posted my question. Is the charge the wf-188 is now giving those batts bad for the batteries? Should I be concerned using those batteries? I know they should never go above 4.25v.

That is normal. Battery charger, charge at a higher voltage than the battery nominal voltage. So batteries will lose that additional voltage above nominal voltage faster as they get older. It is kinda an indicator of lose performance. They no longer have as much available ma, but they are sill good.

I guess maybe I should be more clear. My concern is not with the drop after 24 hours. My concern is that the 18650's used to come off the chager at 4.19v before. Now for some reason they come off the charger higher as stated above. This doesnt seem normal (what im used to seeing) for this charger. Should I be concerned about the health of the batteries and/or the charger?

Mine come off the charger at 4.2. Not sure I would be concerned =- 0.03 volts. But it does sound like the charger is heading west if you have had that much variance.
