18XX0 modular mod options?

So with Evolv announcing the upcoming kick, my mind is made up that I want an 18mm battery mod. I'm looking for options in a mod that can take both an 18350 for out and about vaping, and an 18650 (or an 18500+kick). I'm looking to spend under 50 for the mod itself at one bat size. Indestructability is a must.
The two most interesting are the roughstack v2 and the indulgence v2 (no longer in production but a little hunting finds them used)
I really like the roughstack. Even the maxi could be pocketed for several days of no worry vape time. An easily replaceable switch also appeals. But there is one problem I forsee; tanks. Anyone have pics of their roughstack with a tank? Is it an option?
The indulgence looks nicer in my eyes, will take a tank, and should never wear out. But the 18650 version is massive! Like fight off zombies with it big!
Any other mods that fit my wants? Please no high end expensive mods, if I wanted to spend $100+ I'd buy a buzz pro and be done with it. But I want a nice looking durable mod, something I'll still be enjoying years from now.

Just because I've been on the hunt myself, for your price point I only see the Maxi Roughstack v2 with a 510 to 510 adapter or a Shine mod from parkesvaping.com. Only costs $25 and is said to be pretty rugged.

The shine mods just don't do it for me. No unified design, just a cap slapped on a battery. I like the aesthetics of the roughstack, very industrial looking. The indulgence v3 looks significantly smaller than the v2. Anyone have a pic of one next to an RS maxi? If I get an RS ill just get an 18650, it looks about the perfect size.
Any other small 18650 mods?

I have a maxi RS ( well..2 actually) and use a homemade tank on mine. I use a v2 shorty extension a.d an ego mega adapter together and gives me plenty of room on the switch. I use these 2 together because I ordered a bunch of the mega ego cartos but you could use 2 v2 shorties I suppose....don't think 1 would give you comfortable clearance but maybe it would. Either way It's a $4 solution...oh and by the way...the maxi RS is an awesome mod..3.7/5/6/7.4 volts depending on your mood and what batt/batts you feed it.

My vote is for the Megalodon if you can make your budget stretch. If not I love my Mini Roughstack, and I'm assuming that the Maxi would have a similer feel. You do need a adapter to run tanks though.

Have you checked out the Gold Rush Acrylic Tube Mod from MadVapes. It's a lot tougher than it looks and is in your price range.

The Maxi is a very solid choice IMO. You can get around the extender to clear the switch by using the SmokTech 1.7ohm XL carto in the shorter tanks. Punch you wicking hole (only needs one) a little higher, keep your tank up beyond the switch and you're golden.

Just wish they weren't sold out. The Gold Rush looks like a Silver Bullet in Derlin at half the price. Maxi RS v2 is nice and sturdy looking but adding an extender + tank makes it sound like one very long device.
