Nice... i had the same exact problem with a Satin SS V2 (backup to a Black Blue V2) just got in a week ago,,,
it's back and ready to rock n roll.... super fast turnaround, and yeah it's the least they can do, make it fast for a new unit....
they are busy but know how to prioritize; make sure you get the "main man"'s interest when you communicate; who that is i don't know, but there are, in all business's, some who are not paid to prioritize disruptions (like weeding out complaints and making sure it's not some users errors).
I was told they were busy and it would take a while, but after posting here, it gets noticed.
