Hello,

Question the First:

Have you, respected vaping veterans, any suggestions for someone who is looking to upgrade from the Modern Vapor Sidesho? I have been using it for almost a year now and have really enjoyed it, yet I have developed some irritants which I would like to overcome. I am looking to have a unit which is of similar size (Sidesho is roughly equivalent to an analog 100), automatic battery, w/ strong TH, capable of much vapor, and a battery life greater than 3-4 hours of steady use; also, I like to fill my own carts (Tasty Vapor's Atomic Cinnacide). Trouble is, I am getting tired of the frequency of filling demanded by the cartridge size of the Sidesho (510?). I have used the LR attys and like them fine, so that is not an answer for the condition (above) of wanting greater vapor production; that is, this is one area of which I have not grown weary concerning the Sidesho. Regarding the carts; I use the straw/foam mod, so I have pretty much maxed out the capacity for the Sidesho.
It may be that I ask too much; if so, please explain (generally) why my hopes are unreasonable. It might come down to my needing to content myself w/ manual batteries if I want to obtain satisfaction on the bulk of my hopes. I don't know, that is why I humbly beg for your advice.

Question the Second:

I'm sure there is a good reason which escapes me completely, but could someone tell me why the Supplier's forums are not listed in alphabetical order?

Thank you very much for any help you may be able to give me.

I think the closest you can get to what you are looking for in a mini-sized automatic battery is the Kr8: The battery is 280 mAh (I'm sure that is somewhat more than your Sidesho) and is a true 3.7V (more than any other skinny battery). It uses cartomizers, which don't have to be refilled every few minutes (and are easy to refill when you do, using Doggsbody's Carto Cap technique). For more information about this model (including where to get it), check out this article.

However, at this stage of your vaping career, I recommend that you move up to what I call a "fat batt" (i.e., eGO-type). [They're not really fat, just more cigar-width than cigarette.] Virtually all of them (at least the ones favorably reviewed) are manual (an extremely effective, easy to use one). They provide much higher mAh (minimum 650 mAh) and enable the use of all different kinds of atomizers and cartomizers, including "LR" (which provide more TH and massive vapor). One of the least expensive (and very good) ones at the moment is the 750 mAh Riva-510 , on sale at Liberty-Flights for $30 (using 20% off code: ecf). For more on these fat batts (including links to other models) check out this article.

[FYI: My personal favorite fat batt is the 800 mAh Leo, described in this review, including links to suppliers. However, it is not compatible with anything else, so you might be better off with that Riva.]

As for your second question: "Forum Suppliers" (who support ECF to be granted such status) are "listed approximately in order of tenure at ECF, longest-serving at the top." However, for the convenience of shoppers like you and me, there also is a sortable list at http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/sort/suppliers-sortable.html. Personally, I just use my browser's Find function [CTRL-f] to quickly get to a supplier's forum on the ECF homepage.
