Bro, you are definitely in for a treat with your REO.

Whenever I've been faced with the Timex / Tag decision, I have always chosen Tag. I have never had any regrets either. With a REO, you get what you pay for and you can feel it in your hand. Best bargain in vaping IMO.

I'm either all in or I'm out. :)

Thanks man, now we have two things in common, the REO and the Tag Heuer :)

I think the REO mini 2.1 is a solid choice. You can always pick up a cheap mech and an RSST for under $50 ie a Sigelei #13 and the same battery used with the REO mini 2.1 will fit in the Sigelei and most other mechanical mods. The REO mini (original) uses a 14500 battery which not many other devices out there use, so you might find the 2.1 a better match for battery swapping with future devices.

Thanks guys, I'm super excited to get the goodies and enjoy clouds of vapor..
Good to know that the batteries for the mini are common even though I hope I don't have to swap the mod anytime soon....the ego-t kept me from smoking for over two years, so the REO should get me almost to retirement :)

Add an "s" to REO. There will most likely be more in your future :)

:) let the madness beginn :)

You might be surprised to know the REO has been around since 2011 (or before?) :D - Some things change, others stay the same :)

I've seen the progression thread of the REO, the basic system seems to be the same since day 1 only the size and materials have been changed....it's probably hard to improve a bullet proof system.

He (rob) has made minor tweaks too - like rounding the corners in most models for a better in-hand feel, changing the button style on the VVG because the original was sometimes failing and increasing the widths of the catchcups to accept more types of RBAs.

It is tried and true and users like em the way they are. Just a simple, fully mechanical, nearly bulletproof piece of vaping hardware.

However, it is rumored that he's working on some new stuff too :). Many users can't wait to see what's next from the modshack. :)
