Congratulations. I have been beating this drip tip drum since I joined the ECF. There are so many benefits to dripping that nobody ever considers. Like no more burnt filler or leaking. No more waisted juice. juice tastes better. No more melted plastic carts. The list goes on and on. Most everyone who vapes is having to take there carts off and top off pretty much as much as you need to drip through your drip tip. Everyone who is a heavy vaper and especially a 510 user needs to at least try this because it is the way to go. Although you should never try to drip and drive.

3 drops is perfect but if your bone dry 4 or 5 will work good to. Its a art that you will soon master.

Litecigs is great and they have some of the best prices I have yet to find. Although I get my drip tips from Nhaler because I like the aluminum drip tips because the juice slides down the hole easier less hang up. I haven't tried litecigs stainless steel drip tip but I plan to order one soon.

i just add a few more drops when i'm sitting at a stop light usually. with the way traffic is around here i spend plenty of time sitting at them.

i've found that adding drops while on the freeway isn't that hard. finding a new cd to listen to is worse IMO.

I made the switch to dripping ever so slowly...I started by dripping 1 drop on my atomizer when I was topping off my cart. One day I just pitched that cart filler in the trash and dripped with the empty cart. I tried a drip tip, but I like the feel of the whistle tip carts in my mouth, so, even though dripping is a bit more of a hassle that way, I just love the taste.

thankyou rosesense...very informative reply.

The way they work is to funnel the juice to the atty. If you gently blow before and after dripping, you won't get liquid in your mouth unless you put way too many drops. I find the needle point bottle toppers make it really easy (I use one of the bottles from Tasty Vapor).

I have tried most of the drip tips and here are my favs and why:
---anodized aluminum from Drip Tips because they are really sharp looking and have a larger opening without being a heavy, clunky tip like some. One of the nicest suppliers I have ever dealt with, Tim has earned the business.
---2nd favs are these Drip Tips

I think someone asked if you can use drip tips on the KR8...yes you can. The ones for the 510 should also fit 901 or KR8, you would have to pop the top off the cartomizer and I haven't done it yet but will be trying it soon. It might actually make me like cartomizers, who knows.

I've had this stainless t-tip for months and thanks to your bold post, I tried it with the new eGo. Wow!!! It does work!!!! Guess the leaking issues with the 510's has been solved - switch to an eGo with T-Tip. The all stainless looks good, too.
THANK YOU!!!!!

what is REALLY wierd about dripping vs using cartridges, is that the juices taste different. many taste better, but some taste worse. my favorite all day go-to juice is Wyatt Earp Signature Cowboy Blend Menthol. for some reason, i DONT like it when dripping. it tastes perfumey, seems like the tobacco and menthol flavor are gone. very strange. i am hoping that my all time favorite VaporBomb Virginia Menthol, on its way, will be good dripping (also VaporBomb Fire & Ice, the other one i ordered)

I have a theory that when dripping you may get juice in your mouth more either from dripping on the drip tip or splashing off the atty while being heated. I theorize that juice in your mouth messes with the taste buds and kinda burns them. Also your drawing more heat into your mouth which also can change the experience. I also theorize that a longer drip tip may solve the problem with flavor loss or distortion but have yet to get a long drip tip.

I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
I ordered a drip tip because I just feel this is the way I want to go, just wondering if I should go with the EGO mega attys v.s. the regular 510 attys. Do they perform better than the regular 510 attys or are they just so you can use the Mega carts?

Yess they perform MUCH better than the 510 attys. Besides holding more than three times as much juice, they produce massive flavorfull vapor as well. I just ordered 6 more of them from Myfreedomsmokes.com total-$45 w/ shipping using coupon code "smoke"

I guess I'm confused because I'm a noob but isn't the carts what holds the juice? I though attys no matter the size can only handle a few drops of juice before they flood.

This may sound a little weird but using a drip tip just feels more expensive and custom than a plastic cart. I guess you would really just have to use one to understand. Not to mention, to me it adds sooo much more warmth to the vapor. If anyone reads this and is thinking about dripping, do yourself a favor. Spend the 8 bucks for a 'wide mouth' delrin tip from Super T Manufacturing. Totally worth every penny....totally.
