2012 edition of GGTS Different size on the wings

Here we go. Top one is 4944 and bottom is 2929. Top seems to have thicker engravings, not sure about deeper...

I have 3054 and it has deep engraving. Very close to your 2929
I think you should feel it with your fingers .. maybe

I guess my 4944 is the deep engraving. 4944 on top 292 on bottom

Old calloused hands. They don't have the fine calibration like they used to... To me, they both feel exactly the same.

They could both be deep or shallow, I dont really have a reference to compare.

And don't forget there is deep and shallow. First SS were deep i think, then shallow then deep again. This is what I remember.

Actually first 300 SS were shallow which is why he went deeper because the engravings can be buffed out.

Yeah but I have an SS that is shallower and more recent thatn a deep one
