Thanks, Bill, for posting those links. All of it was interesting and worth seeing/listening to.

If a person could watch only one, Sarah Jakes's presentation near the end of the list was a "must see" in my opinion.

All through her speech I found myself thinking, "Yes, yes, perfectly said; you nailed it, Sarah!"
