21 Century Smoking.... who are they??

I found a 21 Century Smoking cart in my local mall today and went home to find out more. It'd be great to save on shipping! However, with such a common name.... I can't find ANYTHING about them.

To add to it, they have 0 reviews on most if not all their products.

So.... anyone have any experience? The two afore mentioned reasons are enough for me to all but forget about them and move on.

EDIT: I am too new to post the address. I could try cheap shoting it in so it doesn't set off the filter, but that wouldn't be very good for someone with 6 posts to do!

My best advice is to hit the new members forums and start reading. There is a lot of good info to be found there e.g who to avoid etc.

Bar that, ECF does not allow scammer as their recommended vendors. The suppliers listed here are reputable.

I did find the recommended vendors, great idea btw, and was just curious about my local one. Like I said, its pretty hard to fine accurate search results with that generic of a name.

Most sites I order from have free shipping on orders that are $x.xx I just add liquid to the order until I reach the amount... Then I never need to worry about liquid and I get free shipping!

Not to mention I hate malls.

Scammers? I started my e-cig journey with them (at their Chicago location). They have over 20 stores, which makes it convenient if I run out of cartridges while I am out of town... Also, If I ever have an issue with their product (I have had a couple batteries die on me, as well as a couple defective cartridges), they are always happy to replace them for me - no questions asked. I know I can buy online alot cheaper, but being able to address issues face to face makes it worth while IMO and I don't have to wait for shipping if I run out of something.
