So I want to build this... anyone have any idea what kind of resistors I might need to accomplish this task? I just need a basic guide and I'm going to make the ultimate party vape.

This sounds like a very dumb and dangerous idea. I really hope that you just forget it because if something goes wrong on a circuit that size you may kill someone.
I know its dangerous but I plan on implementing safety into it as well. I'm not going to build it without protection. Thats why I ask for help... Just curious what would be necessary to build the party vape

Bad idea. Looking at the current side, you potentially could be drawing in excess of 50 amps. Most home circuits are only rated to about 20 amps. Economically it might be cheaper to buy your friends each a 510 starter kit.
if I was crazy enough to try something like that I would start with a ground fault circut protecter (just in case) then I would find a computer recyler and get 2 or 3 old power supplies (the kind befor the atx ones, (they have a manual switch on them). The old supplies put out 5 volts at about 15 amps and 12 volts at abou 5 - 10 amps this will be much safer than house current and 2 should give you the current you need to power that many attys.
Just use a Toaster stuffed with wicking material stuffed inside a 5 gallon bucket with 24 hoses coming off it. Cheaper then atomizers.

i would say to get or rent a fog machine and put juice in it, sounds a whole lot safer
If your gonna build it.. I would go with DC current.. Like a marine battery with 280 350 cranking amps.. it will take you and your friends all night to kill the battery and its much safer than AC current
i got a 48 volt ebike battery if ya want to buy it.it will weld steel its so powerful.that would work well.ha

Connman....that could be your next mod...a Hookah vaporizor! set it with an autofeed out of a plastic milk bottle or something similar..
I`m with the marine battery idea,along with a car cig lighter as the heating element, along with 24 tubes, a 55 gallon drum of liquid with a garden hose/gate valve!
4 power strips, 24 2AMP AC to USB adapters, 24 passthroughs. Is it worth it?

Naw.. it would still be only in the 2A range. It would only make sense to put the atties in series. Of course, once one atty blows, the whole string is dead. This is basically "old school" XMas lights... except somebody wants to put one in his mouth.
If you're asking for help on such a project then you most decidedly fall into the "SHOULDN'T DO IT" category. Take everyone's suggestions here and DON'T DO IT!! If you're set on doing it, hire a professional. I know, it costs money but really, come on.
And asking for help with the project on the forum and then saying you plan to build some safety into it, that's why you need help isn't exactly a confidence builder. It'd be like going in for surgery and catching the surgeon asking his buddies for help so he can make this operation safe.
If you do build it can you will me your pv stuffs? The low voltage/amperage variety?
Buy a theatrical smoke gen and use your eliquid in it. The smoke will be PG and not the real thing like what you'll have with your latest greatest execution machine you want to build.
