I didn't start vaping to quit. Just don't think about it is what I say. I just decided I liked watermelon better than Marlboro lol Don't put so much pressure on yourself! Yes, you need to quit but if you slip up it's ok - it's not the end of the world! That is why I think I never could quit because of the presure of it all. You may be different but that's just my thought for you! If you go buy a pack it's ok just take a deep breath and try again or do like I did ... I started vaping part time then gave up, then bought some better stuff then accidentally found what worked for me and never went back. Now I have to keep myself under control with wanting to buy every mod I see lol. Just take it easy and dont put so much pressure on youself and it will all be ok!!

Its kind of like, I worry that I wont get my fix from the Vaping..... Like the feeling in the morning when you take a drag and you get a little dizzy. I think my crappy e-cig is the reason. i have to drag super hard and the nicotine is very low. hopefullywhen i get my RIVA and 24mg juice, it will help!! i will keep coming back. Don't worry!!!

You don't get that instant hit of nicotine that you get with a cig. It's more of a slow, gradual hit of nicotine. With the right pv and right juice, you won't be craving cigs. It will definitely eliminate the nicotine craving.

Yeah, that first cig in the morning was hardest to give up. Don't worry about it, just get used to the e-cig and find the juices and atomizers and/or cartomizers that work for you. Over time you'll vape more and smoke less and the craving for smokes will fade.

Once in a while in certain situations it will come back, but you can say to yourself, "Do I really want to smoke? Naw, I left that behind me, and that's a good thing!"
