I don't mean to laugh in your face, but LOL. Which BT exec fed you that? tobacco, IN ITSELF, releases A LOT of chemicals when burned. While it is safe to believe that BT adds chemical additives for the purpose of preservation/flavor/shelf-life/etc., tobacco alone does a pretty good job of releasing chemicals.

There are "additive-free" rolling tobaccos, but even those are still "tobacco" and therefore, when burned, will release chemicals. Even then, that has no bearing on the amount of nicotine in the tobacco. Because it's unfiltered (safe to presume) less of the nicotine is getting filtered out (as well as the chemicals), meaning the effect of the nicotine (and the chemicals, really) is greatly increased.

Also while I'm quoting you, what did you mean by this:

Cause ive rolled my own cigs with pipe tobaco and its much cleaner then what you get in a regular cigs. I could inhaled way more thus getting more nic.
What i wrote is self explanatory.

hmm, just thinking here, but 12 mg nic on a cig-a-like type product, ain't gonna deliver much of a nic hit. thinking headaches could be from not enough nic, and one is having withdrawal headaches.

I currently use 12 mg nic, and used to smoke camel filters, but, when using a cig-a-like or ego like device, required 24 mg nic to not light up. Now using rba's and mods at 50-70 watts, had to go down to 12 mg nic.

Another HUGE factor is what's the VG/PG ratio of your juice. Many are intolerant to high PG ratio juice, and some find high VG not to their liking. Finding ones purrfered juice blends is a major milestone on all vapers paths.

Personally found high PG to be harsh and hard on throat, found my Juice love at 70-80% VG.

Just keep at it till you find your path, mix it up a bit and don't give up.
