You're not a pain in the ..... The symptoms of too much nic can vary for each person...headaches, dizziness, nauseousness, racing heart...but like I said, it can vary for each person. Most people use 18mg and don't have any problems...you might also try going down to 12mg with a little 18mg in rotation.

From reading your other thread, you may be experiencing physical problems from the flavorings...that's why I recommended trying the 2 vendors I listed. I know they are a little higher priced than most but they also may be the solution to your problems.

I wish you much luck in sorting it out and hope that you can make the transition to vaping. It's going to be trial and error to see which is going to work for you.

thankyou for all your information ..i can assure you im taking it all on board .. the only problem being with using them vendors is the huge shipping charges they are going to charge me ! im in the uk and if the company doesnt have an establishment based in the uk im crippled with charges plus i have to pay in dollars and we are in pounds so my bank takes a nicy hefty covertion charge .. ha ha .... screwed any way eh .. i love my green smoke . i think its the ease of screwing a battery on and vaping .. plus i have a lot of kit . bought out of impulse cos i thought wow this is it this products for me .. the battery alone costs maybe 50 of usa dollars times that by 6 and hey thats some dosh .. i will try the lower nicotine levels first and if that doesn.t work for me i will try your options .
its people like you that really help us new vapers so again thankyou so much

Doglover, you can cut the 24mg e-liquid with VG yourself - a 100ml bottle of Glycerine is only anout £1.20 from most chemists. Or you can buy a smaller bottle of glycerine from most baking sections of supermarkets for about 50p. However, by adding the glycerine, you will also be cutting the flavour, but you will get even more vapour.

I vape 24. Mostly because one of the juices I buy only comes in 24 and I like it. I have no issues with it. I do vape 12 at night because of insomnia issues. I think it helps a bit.

For me though I vape more with lower nic so there's really no point in lowering nic if you're just going to vape more when you think about it.

When I bought my PV kit, the retailer recommended a 24 mg juice based on my smoking preference. I tried going to 18 mg, and it didn't cut it for me, hardly no throat hit at all, vaping almost constantly. Stepped back up to 24 mg, and happy as a clam. I am going to try an 18 mg juice that is 70% pg/ 30% vg based on some recommendations here, more throat hit, to see if that does the trick because I would like to eventually quit nicotine all together, but for now vaping is WAY better. I guess it all depends on what you find that works for you.

Don't forget, you don't have to do 24 - 18 as one step. If you get an empty bottle, you can put in some from each of those two levels (of the same flavor), shake, and have an intermediate level.

2 parts 24, 1 part 18, is 22 mg. 50% 24, 50% 18, gets you 21 mg/ml. 2 parts 18, 1 part 24, is 20 mg/ml.

Stepping down 1 or 2 mg/ml can be easier than dropping 6 mg/ml. I may vape slightly more for just a day or so, then quickly drop back to my normal consumption.

That's what I did for my Mom, Mark. It was extremely gradual so she didn't really even notice. She started with 36, stayed with that for about 2-3 weeks. Gradually, over 6+ months, she's down to about 6 now.

I haven't, I don't really care all that much. But she has a lot of health issues anyway and wanted to.

I've gone from 24 down to 12, expect I'll stay here, maybe just slightly lower. I used to be a huge coffee drinker, found that with vaping I really cut coffee consumption, a knock-on benefit that's remained up to now. I like my minor stimulants, traded the caffeine for ready access to lower doses of nicotine :)

I still test vape higher strength DIY for PIF, no problem, but lower nic and DIY really makes eliquid costs negligible :)
