Yeah need more specifics on your current. Someone will probably chime in on safety and all that. I know that 4 wraps of 24 gauge on anything smaller than 3/32 ID is really really pushing it. It's like .1something so I would be careful. Otherwise, godofthunder has it right. More VG and larger airholes. You can only go so low in resistance before you are just wasting juice and battery life.

I have some 24g coming today, and I first didn't believe this post...then I looked at the name and yup, this man knows his wire.

Hello brotha thanks! but it also has a lot to do with personal pref. You can adjust by top cap holes, wraps, and 7/64 or 1/8 inside diameter bits. I personally wouldn't go any where under a 7/64 I.D due to the thick wire heating up and burning to hot for the wick inside the coils. Feel free to pm me anytime guys!
