18 did it for me, but the day I quit I switched between the 18 mg blu and I fofget the strength of the njoy disposable, I think it was 24mg.... plus I switched flavors on the blu regularly....
About 4 days in from my last analog, I moved up to an ego twist and switched abd sometimes mixed 18 and 36 mg juices.... its been 17 days total and I have some 30 mg juices coming in today.... however, I did have dreams when I did finally fall asleep this morning about sneaking an analog....

I agree that at some point you just have to make that leap and decide NO analogs despite perhaps still wanting them.
I think if I hadn't, I'd still be smoking them quite a bit.

It was weird for a few days, but the struggle wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. ..purely psychological. I got through it with minimal pain and now it's really rare that I even think about them. Mostly just obsessed with vaping and "what am I gotta vape next"?.

Perhaps it is a good idea to up your nic if you decide to take that leap.

I was vaping 36 for a very long time. but that was on a bolt and ultrafire batts. as soon as I switched to a VW device and now mechanical with IMR, I had to knock it back down to 24mg/ml I'm happy at 24 now, can stand to go down to 12 but I'm happy at 24 and can still catch a buzz once in awhile.

with that said, you really have to want to quit to actually quit. vaping will never take the place of smoking cigarettes. lets be honest, it's moving one addiction to another addiction.
