Kind of an off topic, mostly aimed at the wiser folks here. Just curious to know what people were doing when they were 25? The reason this number rings a bell to me is because I recently heard that 25 is figuratively your prime age, whatever that means. To me 25 seems like a pivotal point in somebodies life, it just stands out. I kind of see it as you are still young, but old enough to not get away with the stupid things the less than 25 crowd might be apart of.

What were you doing at 25?

What sort of professional things were you involved with career wise?

How much have you matured, and how much has your thinking changed since?

What age did you find out the party is over, and its time to be a man/woman?

I am also 25, despite the fact that I am nowhere near getting married or even in a relationship I also got over the party-clubbing-binge drinking scene some time ago I do occasionally go out but nothing like before .

Career wise I am on a crossroads with several seemingly just as attractive directions I can head to.

I don't know about being in my prime , but I am very comfortable in my skin and I do realize my weaknesses and strong points (at least I hope so) and I am definitely not the same person I was when I was 20.

You know how it is: Panta rhei ... Everything flows, everything changes and nothings stays the same.

I'll let ya Know in December! Just Kidding... kind of. I am 24 and 1/2. I am still in the middle of finding myself. I was brought up in a very strict religious household and moved out when I was 19. I am still trying to cram in wonderful things like video games and reading romance novels (and Harry Potter) since I wasn't allowed to do so. I am currently caring for my fiance's father's finances. He is legally blind and his stepdaughter who was taking care of that is on drugs again... Do you know how sad it is that she is almost forty years old and I am more adult than she is?

I also go care for my Grandmother from time to time to give my mom a break... Grandma pays me for it (I would do it for free but... Grandma and Mama insist). I just got back from GA a week ago and am going back in Sept. I might later on be staying for six weeks if her daily caretaker has a neck surgery. It isn't so bad, i have to check her blood sugar, give shots, give meds, cook, and help her with other minor things.

I am not a party girl... i have tried some alcohol, Never got drunk and never did drugs (was offered on more than one occasion but turned it down vehemently.):)
