You don't have to use a paypal account. I placed an order though LF using a credit card, it's just paypal that processes it. No logging in required.

You should be with 510 fitting items, slight question mark over the Joye eGo XL cartomizers I think though? I know this was the case a few months back but I've not tried them for a while. They worked ok on mine I just remember reading some thing, somewhere.
