no biggie about the Bur , its just the way it is with handmade mechanical device somtimes you have to adjust things a bit .
can i recommend that maybe you can offer different strength springs . and thanks for not recomending solder![]()
If i goes any lighter it would activate too easily. Also to go lighter I would have to go with thinner wire on the spring which could reduce the conductivity. I try to keep as much power as possible. After a few thousand of these, I feel the spring is well rated for the application. Next time you have it apart, polish the main slide bushing with some 1200 grit wet/dry paper. You will notice it will be even easier to depress. The powder caoted ones can "feel" a bit harder to push down because the slide assembly is not as polished as the chrome
