Hi iv been playing again unsure if its been done or wether its safe what iv done but it works and works well i built a 5v mod which was great but not for all day vaping so i thought instead of building another unit why not build them both into one so i did and it works heres a pic and a paintshop wiring diagram if anyone can tell me that it will explode let me know lol

Not bad, but you will have a real problem when you use 3.7v for awhile and then switch to 5v. Your batteries will be way out of balance and I believe will try to equalize which is dangerous. I would have used a TI 04050c booster running the batteries in parallel. This way they would discharge at the same rate. Here's a diagram I have drawn up to demonstrate. It is missing the capacitors that are required but will give you the general idea.
