Wow this mod was so much fun

I'm glad I order a few of them so I can try different things.

hey do you think with some further modding you could fit a 18650 in there? You know like cutting the center plastic bit down or maybe out all together and filing away at the top portion a little to make the enclosure long enough to hold one? If so... Maybe you could end up with a 5v mod using one of the nimh's madvapes just got in that are similar in size (or just have super seriously kick but long vaping time with a real 18650 lol)

Unfortunately I don't see any way a 18650 could fit in that tiny little lighter, it's already tight enough as it is with a 10440, the 18650 is too thick so the cover would never pop back on.

AAAH i never think about thickness, of course, the cover. Makes sense. Bummer. :hrrms: I'm always looking for EASY simple ideas for making that 5v mod so far no luck.

I was thinking about buying a few of those coffin shaped unfinished wooden boxes on ebay and making a few halloween mods. :chuckles: I could DEFINATELY fit one in those. But who wants to carry around a 6inch coffin alla time? :chortles:

I don't know about carrying with you all the time, but you've just made me realize that I need a special Halloween mod What better time to start shopping than now.

:laughs: Well hope i gave you a good idea. I think a Coffin Mod would be a great Halloween gag. Kinda neat, but as i'm not of the goth or hard core punk scene, it's not quite my dealie for day to day living.

a lot of smoke shops sell steel or aluminum coffin shaped cigarette cases that work well for modding and fit 18650 batts
