4.) Don't get obsessed with your new found habit. When you spend all day thinking about what flavor you should try next, what new piece of hardware you should buy, or this one..."you know I should start selling these things myself"....JUST MOVE ON! Analogs were just something we did while we were doing life. vaping is a much more complicated and engrossing habit.

Bottom line, don't do what I did and spend, spend, and spend some more.
These points are just my opinion so you can take them or leave them. :)

I found the same thing. Find a PV you like and juice that you like and run with it.

I do however understand how this can and does become a obsession.

Think of it this way. For many of us, we were resigned to smoking till the day we died. Suddenly, we have found salvation. Of course we are going to go a bit nuts. And it's not necessarily a bad thing either. Out of all the hobbies I have had over the years, this is one of the more enjoyable not to mention, relatively speaking, cheaper hobbies. As long as you don't lose your mind you can still stay ahead of what you would have spent on analogs while spending large sums of money on new PVs and juice.

In the grand scheme of things smoking may not have seemed to take up a lot of your time, but if vaping now does and your happy just go with it. If you think your spending to much then stop. Chill for a bit. Enjoy what you have, it won't disappear on you tomorrow.

Then again I could be wrong.:vapor:

Took me long time to find my sweet spot, the right combination and that took some trial and error, in over a year my vaping style changed greatly. even if I did find my sweet spot, I am still looking for that perfect vape, and that involves trying new things here and there, and I'll say this, because of how quick this industry is evolving, I am sure, one day soon, I will have that effortless no worries no messing around, perfect vaping experience that i am looking for.

I finally found mine with my Reo Grand + 306 atty @ 6v... everything I put through it, I love.

Some people want a hobby and go full throttle...

Me, I was into my flavors at first, now I don't care. I like American USA key lime pie and waffle. Some flavors are so meh. And I just want nicotine. But I'm about out of juice, and need to re-order! And there are too many choices. So I'm just going to randomly order some stuff from a random site that gets mentioned around here.

I don't want to buy more equipment either, but I know I'll probably have to. One KR808 auto is permanently on, a shorty has no battery life. I'm trying to wait so it pays for itself from savings on not buying cigs...

Excellent advice. As to juice, after trying a lot of flavors that people on the forum raved about, I'm ready to just settle down to my two stand-bys, one dark and one light, and quit looking for some flavor thrill from my pv. After all, in 50+ years of smoking, I stuck to one flavor - tobacco/menthol. It was fun to try things like fruit and chocolate, but I'm kind of over it.

I've learned from the part about not buying cheap e-liquid. It tastes absolutely aweful, but I'm not saying cheap is always bad. The liquid I got from my first ever supplier is still my favourite after trying out different websites and is the cheapest around. But the sample bottles I purchased from another supplier most recently are absolutely gross! My stash stinks now lol, but I'll keep them for a bad day :D

As for me- also 3 months in...
I have settled for DIY liquids: 2 flavors (maxBoro, and my own blend).
I did buy some other concentrate flavors (that are really low cost compared to pre-mixed) which I will use up over time.
So now I need to buy Nic juice and PG about 1x year, VG is a few bucks at CVS when needed.

Hardware- not too many poor purchases: but now I have a Reo Mini, GLV super Mini and an e-power (about $300 total) - I am done, no need for any more.
I use cartos- and re-use until spent, which some last weeks! Some std ohms, some low resistance- to mimic 5v vaping- so no need for additional voltage mods.
Will replace batteries (rather inexpensive) as needed.
