ha i love that pic Adrena! (u know y) good job lol
i didnt know it was that much bigger with such a small battery in it- i dont know what the other ego batts i have are but this is slightly bigger than my biggest one that has the usb port in the end...
i will prolly use it on high most of the time but its nice to turn it down and mellow it out. there is definitely a taste difference between the settings which may be even more apparent with different cartos and such - i have really only use the dual coils on it so far. And it seems better quality machining of the parts than any of my others also - sharper cleaner edges and threads and just overall feels nicer.

What goes around come around (I saw u2) ;)
Only the vision1 tested so far, not having that long with it. loving this fuchsia setting so far.
I have a notepad in my comp reminding me of all my hardware's output, batt needs, ohms and such or I would be lost lol.

interesting observation...

my initial load testing did not look promising but since the unit was not fully charged i will wait untill i recharge it and do the testing with it fully charged... BUT i have the same problem that my charger light does not act right with this unit - sometimes its red sometimes not. also the unit lights up with whatever led from what setting it was on when i pluged it in. I did not get any documentation with my unit so I dont know if it matters what setting it is on when you plug it in or how to know when the charge is truly done. i will be very interested to see what more knowledgeable people come up with (hint to ericd and pinappledan and others lol)

I'm loving it as well, and seem to be having the same charging issue as the rest. Just tried to charge it...First charger, stayed green..didn't start charging. Second charger, looked like it was charging. I had to take it off the charger almost immediately however, as this charger has started emitting a "hissing" noise when plugged in. (Not the VV eGo's fault as it was happening on all my other eGo batts as well.) Unscrewed it, cleaned the charger and tried it again. Still hissing, but the VVeGo had changed from the blue light back to the red one. Couldn't handle the hissing as it was scaring me, so I unplugged it and decided to try again with a third charger when I get home from work.

Should I not use the hissing charger anymore? (It's a whopping 2 months old.)

Edit: Charger, Charger...charger.

I would contact the suppler for sure..sound broke and in 2 months??? don't use it!
Another suggested using a 510 extender if not charging. (here's hoping you have one)

what was your initial load testing observation? I have some serious doubt that it's able (the battery version, not the passthrough) to push 4.2v when battery voltage is sitting at 3.8 etc.. but, maybe... soon as they come back in stock i'm ordering one to do some loaded testing and I will try to make a video.

Nice to hear : )

Yes it is a little longer than a standard 650 eGo as it has to account for the electronics for the variable/led...

Got MINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
I love it! First size reference the egoVV is bigger then my 900mAh and runs at 650mAh?
Hit like my Infinity at it's lowest to mid settings.
Awesome for car trips..
Love the pretty fuchsia light. Thats all I have for now will report more in 24.

oh hey when its fully charged all the lights blink on and off a bunch and then all go dark. i wiggled up the center pin in my charger the same way you would do on a carto and it is working perfectly now light and all.
hope this helps somebody lol
:vapor:

Thank you! I've been looking at mine for about an hour now wondering how the hell I was going to tell it was fully charged. (I did get it working with the last charger I have, third ones a charm... :) )

Wow, I guess I haven't fully charged it since I got it, lol. I've never had all the lights go off, I'd just put it on the charger, wait a few hours, and take it off. Do you recall about how long it took to fully charge?

I think out of all the chargers i have used for ecig-s in the last 2 years & longer, maybe 1 has ever worked properly, or they wokr properly for the first few times then after that the light will stay red no matter what, or it will be green when it should be red etc... even though its charging the battery.

just took a couple hours i think... was sittin here looking at it and all the sudden all the led blink for a few sec then the charger light went green and all the rest went dark. took off the charger and all conditions normal. i have it put away right now though cuz i need to do tests on it and need the battery fully charged up so hopefully later tonight i'll have some solid numbers.

I might be having charger issues. I think mine was on the charger for at least 4 hours or so and my lights never went off. I was assuming it took about the same time to charge as my normal batteries, but I guess not. I'll leave it up there much longer next time I charge.

i would say it charged, they way these chargers behave isnt a reliable indication to go on, i think 4 hours is more then enough.

It does have a protecttion circuit in it, so it doesn't harm to leave it on longer (caveat: don't always rely on the protecvtion circuit to leave it on an interminably long period of time). Normally on these chargers, depending on how the circuit works, the led can change from red to green and you still have about 10-20% to 'top off' the battery - it begins sort of a trickle charge - if not a trickle charge it still charges for a bit after the light turns green.

When I say, 'if not a trickle charge', that is because some of your more expensive chargers you can get for regular rechargeable batteries have that feature, not sure if that is present on the chargers that are shipped with e-cigs.

So its not a bad idea, for a full charge, to leave it on an hour or two longer than after it turns green
