302 vs 801 attys

I know I've read about 302's on this forum but a search gives up nothing. Can you tell me the difference, where they each come from and how there came to be two that work with the same thread pattern on the same devices, but perform differently?

In the '801 style' attys you have the DSE801 made by Sailebao, Joye302 made by Joye Tech., the RN4072 made by First Union and the BE112 sold by BestEcigs but not sure if they are the manufacturer. I've never seen a listing of the ohms for each - a difference in that would show a difference in performance. Perhaps Scubabatdan has some info on that... or Nerf.

You could likely look it up using the manufacturers name and go to their site for specs on each.
