Does anyone know why my Ego batteries won't charge with a USB extension? I had a Riva before and it charged fine but for some reason my ego will not charge. Any ideas?

Are you sure you're using a powered USB 2.0 port? Older ports didn't supply power so they won't charge something plugged in to them.

Yeah I'm actually using wall power. I haven't tried the extension with my laptop yet.

It's the wall power at fault, not the usb lead. Mail me and we will replace it.
