3D atomizer clone

Just got this in the mail today after ordering from a guy on Ebay (not sure if I am allowed to list who I bought from) on thursday. I must say after seeing a guy in the vape shop I frequent show me the real deal Atmomixani, I had to have one. I am not one for dropping $$$ on this stuff just yet, as I am a newb to all this (only started this christmas) so I opted for the clone. I have it set up in hybrid mode on my nemesis, and love the look.

All I have to say for the few hours of building and using it, I am in love! So far this thing as amazing. The pump action will hopefully allow me to avoid near collisions while driving (quickly learned the dont drip and drive, but sometimes you need to freshen the wic!). Any way would love to hear what anyone else thinks about this and any builds you have on it. If there is already a thread going on this, please direct me as I am new to this site.

Right now I have a dual coil set up, I drilled two larger air holes for the dual coil set up (cant remember whether it was 5/32 or 5/64) I just grabbed the drill bit that slid through the hole that was done for me on my trident, and drilled away. Expanding the existing hole was easy, but doing the hole on the opposite side got a little messy. I was forced to use a pair of vice grips (I was a little anxious to set up and could not wait until tomorrow to have my shop do it) and it came out well. I used a five wrap 28 ga Kanthal (not sure about the size of the wrap, but I used one of those little screw drivers with the blue handle that comes in the box with a Kracken). Running it with a 20 amp samsung but waiting on my 30 amp purple Efest to charge up. Cloud is awesome and taste is great!

One thing I forgot to mention was my only two critique's. 1. It would be nice if it had a window to see how much juice was in the reservoir and 2. if there were to drain/fill holes. I feel that one 'may' not wic as good as two, I may be wrong and withdraw this statement if I do not notice it to be an issue.

i ordered one off FT, it'll be here sooner or later. later most likely. i watched a video review on it and i am very intrigued. one thing i thought of already you touched on, the hole for the juice to come up through. i saw the screw has a little hole in the center, which i am wondering whether will impair the juice feeding of higher vg juice. i am expecting that i will leave that screw out, and possibly drill another hole 180 degrees across from it so that each wick will sit right next to said hole. you said you drilled out a bigger air hole for running dual coils, i'm guessing its a tighter draw? are the holes set up so that you can have only one open for single coil use?

There is no way of using any needle to fit the hole inside the screw, dam! Another kinda drawback I have noticed is it said 1.5 ml of juice, well that is more like 1ml. Its not bothering me too much for now because I use this for driving and to have something in my pocket to sneak a pull when I want. I am not a fan of the Genesis style, pretty much only enjoy drippers. I would not like the 'no screw' set up because I feel like that would allow for pocket leakage. This is why I dont like the Kraken. In terms of 100% VG making it through, I dont have any pure VG, I am thinking about hitting up some Grants or ______(another well known 100% VG van custard that I cant think of the name off the top of my head right now), but most of the ones I have used are 50/50 or 60/40, So i cant help you there. There was no 2-hole option for dual coils on mine. The holes were very small too! Before I cleaned it, i took it out to the shed and drilled away. Bathed her in vodka, and started building the coil. I always use organic cotton and found that my first attempt at whicking it was way to much, even though i though it was way too little when i did it. I now have a very minimal amount of cotton, and love the performance. I would really love it if it had a window to see amount of juice in res and maybe even a larger res. Excited to see where this new idea goes in the future. Also cant wait for Hcigar to make their clone so that I can run my caravela in hybrid.

Still very happy, and like I said, cant wait to see where this new style goes in the future

Which clone did you get? I try to keep one flavor it in, refill measuring out 1mL, filling deck, squonk, and let it slowly pour back in... it's quicker than any other way. The little screw was hard to thread after a few times removing it to fill, and it will hold more, but the 'squonker' lags or sticks when going back up, when it's loose enough to hold closer to 1.8mL.

Only gripes are the refill being a pain, and common block spins around when I build dual coils on it.

Mine is from vaping tech..I think it's one the first 3d clones.

I flipped the spring in mine so narrow end is on bottom. "Squonks" 110% better now.

I will have to try that gratefulbuddy the next time i take it apart to clean it. I'm not sure which one I got, I bought it from a guy on ebay. Def paid more then what I have found out there now. Waiting on Hcigars mod so I will have on in Hybrid mode on my caravela.

im hoping my 3d clone from infinite comes in anyday now. It doesn't have the 510 connector but I will get one for it. I'll run it in hybrid on my FT nemesis to start.

Can't wait to play with this one.
