Makes sense someone would come to that conclusion with the available information, but the main capacity is always available at the nominal working point (3.7v), so more likely a typographical error or missed translation of data.

Yea that was my error, I knew it didn't make sense. Somehow I saw an extra 0.

I was a bit sceptical about the 2200mAh loss, but I was too lazy to examine the graphs that closely and just accepted it on face value.

Its been mentioned a couple of times that the ICR cells are not well suited to E-cigs - but the important point is: if there's 4.3V cells about - there will also be 4.3V chargers to charge them. With the safety issues around over charging, it would be as well to make sure you know which cells you're putting in what charger!
