Chipotle.
The authentic Tarsius 4nine uses 20x0.75 threading for the top cap, 100% of the clones use 20x0.50 threading for some strange reason, probably cheaper tooling. Either way there aren't a whole lot of options for finding a top cap that would work in 20x0.75 and still allow you to assemble the mod seamlessly. The only other mod off the top of my head that uses 20x0.75 threading is the Paragon by Paragon Mods but the issue I see is with how low the Paragon top cap sits into the threaded section, I highly doubt it would allow the 4nine to function and be assembled entirely but I could be wrong. If you're curious, the 1:1 Fasttech Paragon clone($22.11 Paragon Style 18650 Mechanical Mod - 1:1 clone / copper + fiber coating at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping) also uses 20x0.75 threading, I confirmed this in person as I used to own one of them...for the $22 it costs perhaps it's worth a shot to pirate the top cap off of?

Edit: Looks like you'd still need to modify it by cutting some sort of air channel to be able to get air to the 510 area.
