Yesterday we stopped by Frank Pepe's Pizza Napoletana. It simply one of the top 10 pizza joints in the country. They sell pizza, salad and drinks. And that's it.
I had a traditional tomato and mozzarella pie, the Mrs had spinach, mushroom and gorganzola on hers. Just amazing. With mine, it's the great crust, thin with a crisp on the bottom and a bit of chew, yet tender, a thick sauce, nice cheese. But it's the proportion of the toppings that they get perfect, and it is on your table within 60 seconds of the oven, just a pause to put it on a tray and slice it up.
I love Frank Pepe's!!
