Morning folks. Wonder how many peeps are hating the color green this AM? Hehehehehhehe

i've heard it's not easy....

It's not that easy being green;
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves.
When I think it could be nicer being red, or yellow or gold-
or something much more colorful like that.

It's not easy being green.
It seems you blend in with so many other ordinary things.
And people tend to pass you over 'cause you're not standing out like flashy sparkles in the water-
or stars in the sky.

But green's the color of Spring.
And green can be cool and friendly-like.
And green can be big like a mountain, or important like a river, or tall like a tree.

When green is all there is to be
It could make you wonder why, but why wonder? Why Wonder, I am green and it'll do fine, it's beautiful!
And I think it's what I want to be.

A nice dinner out. It's Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. 3 courses from one of 200 participating places, for 29.95.

I had Aisian Calamari, deep fried with a spicy glaze, wasabi sauce on the side. Then a NY strip, medium rare with sauce Bearnaise and very good shoestring potatoes. The Mrs. had a fried pork belly taco, then fabulous beef short ribs. Finished with a chocolate mousse and an excellent bread pudding.

We listened to a musician playing Adele, Gaga, Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. She was quite skilled. But you'd never guess the instrument.

:)

Morning kids! And Dave...you always have great food. We had Arby's Market Fresh Turkey sandwiches for dinner last nite

mmmm, Arby's...because your hunger is stronger than your memory.

i rememba when they had awsum deals, like 5 sammiches for $5. or the Big Montana sammich, a glorious testament to the pinnacle of American prosperity: 1995.

so long ago, like at least 2 years! seriusly, what year is it?

I remember too!! I don't do a lot of fast food but yesterday was a nutty day. I like maybe 1 or 2 things from different fast food places. Like McD's fries.....HELLOOOOOOO. AWSUM! Can't do Taco Hell (hate that place..gross), not much into Burger King (are those still open???) or KFC but their biscuit things are good. I think they have the biscuits I like...now I'm not sure. Haven't been to a KFC in like 10 years.

Steak and Shake is good but that's not everywhere I don't think. Kinda like that In & Out burger is only out west I think.

Now I'm hungry :( and tired of thinking

the only ting worth anyting from McD's is breakfast (teh McGriddle is surely crafted by teh Gods of Grease!) and teh McRib. Trufax.

Taco Bell is good when you need to speed up your digestive system, sometimes i have to wait half a day for things to move through! Notso with Taco Bell!

Steak n' Shake has awsum shakes. But anything else is terribad.

KFC, dunno..i'd rather have Church's or Popeye's or Gus's...mmmmm...Gus's.

Arby's isn't too bad. There is one near me open 24/7. I used to work a graveyard shift, and at 7AM, it's nice to get something that isn't breakfast after work.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is good, but you need to go with someone to share the mountain of fries. I did like Roy Rogers, but they are almost all closed. Just a few in rest stops along the NYS Thruway and the Garden State Parkway. Popeye's is good, but very few around us.

And that special Taco Bell diet? Don't most people lose 5 pounds after eating there?
