Hi peeps. Finally have about a 10 min relief of a massive headache I've had for 2 days. Chest cold and think my sinuses are next. :( hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather.
Awww AngiBe! So sorry that you're going thru this. Sucks to be sick just as the weather is just starting to get decent. Me and the hubs went to out dinner and it was so balmy and pleasant......no skeeters! Heaven. Get well soon Ang!

Hey guys, ??
How would you rate the VV Triton to a Joyetech Ego C Twist! I need something new for work and wanted your opinion!
Thanks!

Triton:

- $7-12 more expensive
- 900mah
- adapter required to use other tanks ($5)

eGo:

- $7-12 cheaper
- 650mah, 900mah, 1000mah
- adapter required to use Triton tanks ($5)

Build quality is about the same, maybe Halo gets a slight bump.

I agree with greenleaf.

I've had my 2 Halo VVs for a year and a half, and still working, threads perfect. The capacity is getting quick, it doesn't last as long as a regular 650mAh, but it is constant voltage from start to recharge.

If you love the Triton tank, I could see going with the Halo. The Twist with the adapter would be really long. But if you are into other style tanks, maybe the eGo is better suited.

Dave too bad you dont live close to me. I could have used a good auto mechanic. Went to jiffy lube just for a fast oil change, they tell me my car is leaking oil and tranny fluid. so i said dont do anything will go to my own mechanic less than a mile away. turns out he is really busy has a job that had to be done today wont have time to fix my car but he will just take a quick peek just as my thermostat craps out in front of our faces. long story short will have to pick up my car saturday.

You are brave to go to Jiffy Lube.

What happened to the Tstat? It started leaking? Or maybe it's stuck closed, making things overheat and leak?

But you usually must wait a few days for good mechanics. The ones sitting around with no customers? Steer clear of them.

And we do gotta get together soon...

So, I got the letter from the court about my traffic ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign. $75 penalty plus $95 surcharge. I didn't blow right through it, I did slow down to about 10, but yea, I didn't come to a full and complete stop. So this transgression will cost me $170. Payable in person in cash, cashier's check, or credit card with a 3.5% service fee.

Lesson? Watch your .... in Kent, NY.

Having never used the Joyetech I can't make a valid comparison but I can say that the Triton and Tribeca is the combination which enabled me to stay quit. I passed it on to a friend who is using it and they have promised to also pass it on. It has been in daily use for well over a year!

Good Morning, all.

It was 70F yesterday!!! I still have 30% of my lawn covered in snow. Dirty dusty grey snow. And the brown lawn is maybe 1 inch from being a swamp.

But I got the Halo/eGo adapter yesterday!! Very nice, machining is good, threads are sharp and good. It adds 3/4 inch to the Triton tank, and the Triton is only a half inch taller on my iStick than a naughty mini plus the adapter and beauty ring.

:)
