Morning y'all!. House next door is all down they started at 7:30 and was down by 8:30. Now they're just filling dumpsters. Was kind of neat watching it go down, but watching all the dust flying I was glad to be inside. Really puts things in perspective knowing a lifetime of "stuff" was gone in 30 minutes of fire and an hour of tear down.

Yea, starting about 9am, and most of the day into the night!!!! Then it might be a bit of time for water to percolate through to the well. It'd be fascinating if this was happening to anyone else.

And I checked the well tonight, it seemed to have recovered a bit. From the little drizzle Sunday, it is about 2" over the inlet. So I'm priming the pipe and pump, and I'll let 'er rip. I might have water.

yesterday was National Beer day, and i celebrated it mightily!


Today is National Chocolate day, and my fine Belgian confections and plentiful Take5 candy bars will replace erry normal meal....unless bacon makes an appearance, which it prolly will. it always does. it's like a ninja or green beret. sneaking around and then BAM! flavor.....yeah!
