Can't believe it's been 30 years.I remember where I was when it happened. The doctor's waiting room just went completely silent. I'll never forget it.

I was told by a co-worker. In my memory I can replay it like a film.
There are these horrific moments in history, remembering just where we were when we heard. And some great moments, like the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Crazy how a tragic event is etched in our memories. I was just coming back from class in college, walking through the common area of my dorm and everyone was watching the tv. Just stood there in complete horror watching and like diva said, beyond a few gasps and "oh my God"...complete silence.
Morning peoples
I was working in Clearwater, FL in a high-rise (for Clearwater). Our windows faced east. We saw this weird cloud, like a large bubble with two tails. Later we found out what it was. It looked like it was only 10 instead of 150 miles away.
I usually have some bad news about grandson Zack. But for once there's something good. Zack was in the hospital last week and they found his liver cancer completely gone! Now maybe his hair will grow back. He's now 22 months old and hopefully the traech (and life support system since he then won't need it) will be removed soon.
