well said ab357... I guess haters will just keep hating and the only thing we consumers can do is just stand by our suppliers and vendors. I just wish these detractors would actually just try the juice and see if they like it first before they start badmouthing and complaining.

And of course we all have our favorite vendors. You support them by making purchases! Not attempting to sabotage others.

I buy from different people because of stuff I've read about them here. Even if I didn't like their stuff or worse, realized it was just relabeled Dekang I didn't post a complaint on a public board. Taste is subjective.

The couple issues I've had with a couple hardware vendors, I contacted them privately. I haven't found one that didn't practically break their back to attempt to make me happy. And we're talking a few bucks here and there. You'd think some of the people complaining were buying a new car or something.

AND... I am the first to encourage anyone with legitimate complaints, to warn all of us. But I don't come here expecting to find people acting like kids on the playground trying to cozy up to the popular bunch.

yeah sorry folks I fielded about 10 complaints about shipping times, it was hard to deal with. We still have a massive amount of orders to finishh and Pam and i are just going to work the next 24 hours straight to finish them all with patience and passion.
Thanks to all of you who understand. Every single order is pulled, passionately worked on so there are no mistakes in flavor to make sure every single person gets quality stuff no matter what. yeah you may not recieve your order next day like some suppliers, but you can get that from us when we are not running back to back specials. we did our best to get perfect juices in your hands asap for dirt cheap. i guess that is not enough for some people...
This is not hardware sales, I could drop those in a box in a second and send them same day, these are fluid specials, and with the wide range of pg/vg and nicotine we offer, the orders were across the board in spectrum. I invite anyone to do better at this quality...

The way i see it, your personal service,the insane quality of your juices and you guys' work ethic is what sets you apart from your competition.if someone complains about waiting 2 days for 50ml of quality,handmade usa juice for 20 bucks shipped then maybe they ought to be buying off the shelf crap,chemical china juice.

LOL Now you really want to start a flame war! IMHO, Gino's East is the best for deep dish. Beggars for thin crust or if you'll be on the West Side, Home Run Inn.

Seriously? You know, I'm not one for confrontation - but those 10 people need to chill out and quit peeving off the juice-makers! If you want juice yesterday - look for a supplier in your area and order some off-the-shelf stuff they can grab and mail. I prefer the hand-made-with-tons-of-love juice that may take a while to me, may not....doesnt matter to me, as long as I eventually get it!

Pam and David, you guys are amazing - the care you put into each order is beyond the call of duty. And judging by the previous comments, I'm not the only one who truly appreciates everything you two (and your kiddos) do for us!

I know that there are several juice makers, who no one thinks twice about it taking 2 to 4 days before shipping, here on the boards. I don't think it's right to expect David and Pam to have to get their orders out any sooner (and I'll say it - just because they don't have their own 'special' forum supplier section )

Keep up the amazing work David and Pam - take a break , take time to breathe , sit and relax and don't let the ninny-bitties get to you

We are actually a bit tired from going through all the hoops to get the storefront finalized. The mixing area is going to streamline things for me and I have large quantities of FlavourART here so I am ready to roll. Now the vapelounge area is a marvel. Plasma tv's with direct tv nfl ticket, ecf fights and premium ppv movies. I contacted stock vendors for soda, bottled water and coffee/cappuccino. I setup a donut and croissant vendor for daily fresh deliveries of fresh yummies for the customers to munch on and pamela and I are already training the family members we want to help run the show with knowledge and passion.
Almost done, will post pics on grand opening day. I hope some of you will be able to drop in and try some free samples of any flavors we have while you kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay with friends

David, I suspect that some of the complaints are related to printing the shipping labels days before the juice actually ships. Since we get a notification that the label was generated, the expectation is that the box is ready to ship. I know that that's how the other vendors I've ordered from do it, the label is printed when the box is ready to go out the door.

I'm not complaining, I hope you don't think I am. I'm just seeing something that may account for some of the complaints you've received. If everyone is accustomed to getting the shipping notification when their order ships, they may be upset to find that that is not the case with you.

Again, please don't take this as a complaint. It's meant to be constructive.

All of that said, I'd love to see a storefront dedicated to vaping. I wish you were a bit closer. I think my husband would say I was insane if I told him I want to go to Arizona to shop.
