we print shipping labels with orders, then we mix them. it is very unfortunate folks are not cool with waiting a few days for quality mixed products. It forces me to hold off on any specials for a while since folks want stuff like yesterday. sorry folks, but every order is treated like a christmas present, you get it you open it and it is awesome. But lately folks are not pleased with specials bogging us down so we will hold off on them for a bit.

yeah sorry folks I fielded about 10 complaints about shipping times, it was hard to deal with. We still have a massive amount of orders to finishh and Pam and i are just going to work the next 24 hours straight to finish them all with patience and passion.
Thanks to all of you who understand. Every single order is pulled, passionately worked on so there are no mistakes in flavor to make sure every single person gets quality stuff no matter what. yeah you may not recieve your order next day like some suppliers, but you can get that from us when we are not running back to back specials. we did our best to get perfect juices in your hands asap for dirt cheap. i guess that is not enough for some people...
This is not hardware sales, I could drop those in a box in a second and send them same day, these are fluid specials, and with the wide range of pg/vg and nicotine we offer, the orders were across the board in spectrum. I invite anyone to do better at this quality...

And that my friends is how a true professional responds to his detractors. David and Pam, I've been with you guys since day one and all I can say is "I got your back"!! These two have worked effortlessly in the making of this fine liquid and we should all just give them both a break.
ahh, can't wait. arrived in san diego today, 20th, but unfortunately it was after the mail service came around. tomorrow (sat) for sure!made my 1st order from FSUSA because of this sale. ordered:
1. ry4
2. hypnotic mist
3. watermelon
4. cola
5. french toast
all in 18mg except the cola which is none. those that you could pick the pg/vg ration, 70/30.
ordered on 16th, tracking number 17th, status updated to "New status: At Post Office For Shipping" 18th, left arizona on 19th.
i'll probably end up receiving them saturday. hopefully tomorrow, you never know with USPS. they always seem to amaze me with my online sales.
I hope my comment about perhaps by the end of the week wasn't taken as a complaint towards your shipping. I actually dig stalking the mailman, its becoming my second favorite hobby next to vaping. If it takes a couple weeks to get the good stuff, at least I know how much lead time I have until I need to re-order.
Don't stress out over orders, having such killer deals back to back is awesome and I'm sure 99% of your customers are patiently waiting, as am I.
I did e-mail but if anyone can tell me when you normally receive your tracking number, it would be appreciated (not time frame, more like "after this e-mail I get one saying my tracking number"). I am in no hurry but I have refrained from ordering elsewhere so I need to ration my current supply of juice accordingly.
