we print shipping labels with orders, then we mix them. it is very unfortunate folks are not cool with waiting a few days for quality mixed products. It forces me to hold off on any specials for a while since folks want stuff like yesterday. sorry folks, but every order is treated like a christmas present, you get it you open it and it is awesome. But lately folks are not pleased with specials bogging us down so we will hold off on them for a bit.

I got my juices from your wondrful sale. It was so cute that all you people signed my invoice. It made me feel special.

I am trying RY4 now. I think I may have found another flavor I like. It is smooth and tasty.

It takes time to actually blend liquid, label, package them and get them to the post office.:unsure: But, for the best, I can be patient.:D I've had a BUNCH of liquids in the past year but NOTHING compares to the great job you all do. Thanks so much:D

It's all good.....If you sent mine out tuesday and it takes usps 7 days to get it from az to tn..Then its not your fault its usps..And me being impatient..But you can't blame me..Look at all the great feedback on your liquids..im just eager to try them out...Bring on the sale's...:D

Hey, absolutely no pressure from me. Don't kill yourselves over it.

I am more than willing to wait a few days for hand-mixed awesomeness. And I love Christmas presents. :)

I'm so appreciative you had this special, and I'm appreciative of the way you go about making juice.

yeah sorry folks I fielded about 10 complaints about shipping times, it was hard to deal with. We still have a massive amount of orders to finishh and Pam and i are just going to work the next 24 hours straight to finish them all with patience and passion.

Every single order is pulled, passionately worked on so there are no mistakes in flavor to make sure every single person gets quality stuff no matter what. yeah you may not recieve your order next day like some suppliers, but you can get that from us when we are not running back to back specials. we did our best to get perfect juices in your hands asap for dirt cheap. i guess that is not enough for some people...
This is not hardware sales, I could drop those in a box in a second and send them same day, these are fluid specials, and with the wide range of pg/vg and nicotine we offer, the orders were across the board in spectrum. I invite anyone to do better at this quality...

I hope my comment about perhaps by the end of the week wasn't taken as a complaint towards your shipping. I actually dig stalking the mailman, its becoming my second favorite hobby next to vaping. If it takes a couple weeks to get the good stuff, at least I know how much lead time I have until I need to re-order.

Don't stress out over orders, having such killer deals back to back is awesome and I'm sure 99% of your customers are patiently waiting, as am I.

I did e-mail but if anyone can tell me when you normally receive your tracking number, it would be appreciated (not time frame, more like "after this e-mail I get one saying my tracking number"). I am in no hurry but I have refrained from ordering elsewhere so I need to ration my current supply of juice accordingly.

Thanks for the great service and don't work too many hours, I might end up with a new flavor not on the menu :)

Yes it s.. all my comment has been made with a tremendous amounts of humor.. For the people complaining and impatient .. I truly appreciate the deals and consistency in your quality juices.. I can already smell and taste what i have ordered..:p.

made my 1st order from FSUSA because of this sale. ordered:
1. ry4
2. hypnotic mist
3. watermelon
4. cola
5. french toast

all in 18mg except the cola which is none. those that you could pick the pg/vg ration, 70/30.

ordered on 16th, tracking number 17th, status updated to "New status: At Post Office For Shipping" 18th, left arizona on 19th.

i'll probably end up receiving them saturday. hopefully tomorrow, you never know with USPS. they always seem to amaze me with my online sales.
ahh, can't wait. arrived in san diego today, 20th, but unfortunately it was after the mail service came around. tomorrow (sat) for sure! :)

I've tried literally everyone's liquid (TV, V4L, DIYflavorshack, Halo, Nhaler, Johnson's Creek, Ms. T's, vaporbomb and more that I can't think of right now) and by far FSUSA is far superior than all of them. I'm not gonna lie, there are some FSUSA that I don't care for much, but the fact of the matter is David and Pam put a lot of hard work and effort into each bottle that is made, whether it's premixed or a specialty liquid. Ya'll are gonna love the new RY5. I finished the 3ml sample that David and Pam sent out to me in like 30 minutes!!!

Maybe it's the conspiracist in me. Something definitely smells foul here. In less than 24 hrs. I've seen two unreasonable complaints aimed at FSUSA. I'll say it again. We are a bunch of spoiled brats! If I was concerned with getting a juice order in my hands a day after I ordered it, First I know I better pay for expedited shipping and more importantly... I have to order from a vendor that sales Dekang or some other crap that is premixed and sitting on a shelf gathering dust.

How in the world can I expect ANY vendor to hand mix my order to my custom specifications and get it out the same day? Especially if I order when the company is running a special! Let's get real folks. I always try to be as fair and impartial as possible when I post anything about a supplier. If anyone thinks I may be in FSUSA's pocket, all they have to do is check my posts. You'll see that I have no problem stating that I order most of my juices from THREE different vendors. In order of my discovering them; DAT's, FSUSA, and Backwoods Brew. And my first order with each of them was during a special they were having.

From first to last, each of these vendors have had blazing turnaround for something that's made to order. Even during specials I have never had to wait more than five days from ordering to delivery. And Chgo. has the worst Postal delivery ranking in the country.

My last order from BWB I placed Monday. Don told me he''d get it out Wednesday and it was delivered today. My last FSUSA order was placed Sunday night. It was delivered Wednesday. I can't speak for the industry but I know these three vendors work their butts off getting orders mixed and shipped out.

My only complaint with the made to order juices, giving them any time to age after I rip them out of the box or envelope! LOL As this industry grows and more people are getting in, you can see the cut throat deception being thrust upon us!

Within the last week, we have send one vendor's website completely obliterated by a hacker (no doubt working on behalf of a competitor), and I have seen at least three vendors of juice and hardware that have obviously been targeted to counter act all the good publicity they get here because of their product and quality of service.

It doesn't take an experienced investigator to see what's really going on. I'm a vape noob. Maybe this is always the case but it seems to me to be definitely happening lately. Personal preference for particular vendors is great! That's the idea! Going out to deceptively knock off others is below the belt. Are you doing it on your own or are some vendors actually asking you to do it?


Any copper here ( you can find some of us in our social group here) can tell you that you can have someone killed for a bag of ..... It's beginning to look like you can also get forum assassins for free juice. LOL

I recall when I first came here, there was a mini flame war going on because one forum vet was attacking anyone who posted against a particular PV. It was obvious from all the complaints that this knockoff was/is total crap. Brand new batts were actually falling apart in people's hands. Yet this guy jumped all over anyone that made a complaint; including some of the most respected forum vets who did call him on his actions.

I see a trend beginning regarding certain juice vendors that those same forum vets may have to call posters out.

And most people that complain, only buy during specials! Try ordering at regular price once and awhile! You aren't going to be serviced as if you're the only person placing an order during specials from the most popular vendors!

Put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself if you'd want them expecting you to perform miracles on your job! I guess I'm cranky today. Nah, I always get like this when I spot games being played...

BTW, one of ECF's greatest strengths is anyone can come here and get HONEST advice and opinions. I'm betting Smokey Joe and the rest of his team are getting peeved regarding these obvious concerted attacks on certain vendors.:2c::2c::2c:

From the vendors I've purchased from that use the USPS's click and ship system, you get an automated email when the shipping label is printed out with the tracking number. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct it.

well said ab357... I guess haters will just keep hating and the only thing we consumers can do is just stand by our suppliers and vendors. I just wish these detractors would actually just try the juice and see if they like it first before they start badmouthing and complaining.
