5 post, still can't post in general discussion?

I have posted 5 post and I am still not allowed to reply in the general discussion forums. Wish there was a list of where I can post and where I can't. It sucks writing out responses and being told after that you cant post.

Hey Rosa, I see you are from Cali. I never see any events in Cali but I do see alot of vapers from Cali.
