5-push On & Off for Sigelei Mini Zmax

I just purchased my first VV/VW mod – a sigelei Mini Zmax.
It has the usual 5 push for on & off. It also has the 3 push to access the menu.
I can’t seem to get past the 3 push for the menu to turn it off.
On the 3^rd push it goes to the menu & I end up scrolling through it.
Is there a special way to it? Am I missing something

Menu option 1, out-on off. This will stop the Zmax from firing when set to off. The five click thing is only when you remove the battery, it turns the system on and like you found, you can't get past the 3 click menu once its on.

I thought that just disabled the button from firing the atty.
So the only way to turn the mod off is to remove & replace the bottom battery cover?

Sorry if that wasn't clear, you are right, option 1 does just keeps it from firing the atty. And yeah, you would at least need to take the bottom cap off for a few seconds or remove the battery for it to shut off completely.

Would it be possible to add some type of an on/ off switch between the case & the cap?
