Control Pin has nothing to do with a master on off switch. It is used so you dont put too many amps threw the tactile switch and burn it up.

I'm one of those guys that will look at something that sells for $100.00 and think,,, Yea right, I could build that myself for $20 bucks. then I will go out and spend $300 buying the tools so I can build it for the 20 bucks. cool right?
