I have been thinking about grabbing a few of these 5 volt batteries, but for some reason I am a bit skeptical about them. Just wondering if anyone has any experience, and or information about these batts?

I have purchased from both sites, the batteries are identical. The only thing I don't like is that the light never changes color to let you know when the battery is charged.

Yea, after I checked out the ones on madvapes, I thought they might be identical. The charge light not changin would be a pain in the ..., but I could tollerate that, if it meant about 5v off one batt. From what I have read so far though, it seems that they only vape at about 4v under load. So I am just not sure. Wondering if these batts and standard res 901's is the way to go for the empire, or stick with low res 901's at 3.7v? Hmmm.... Just cant decide!
I think the batteries are rated at 4.8. I use them on my Grand with DC Cartomizers. I also use them when a carto or atty is on its way out. The extra power seems to extend the life a bit.
Those look to be 4 little bitty Nimh cells in series, 600mah (as labeled).
Would work as well as 4 AAA Nimh.
It is about the size of an 18650 Li-ion cell (17mm Vs 18mm diameter) has about 1/3 to 1/4 the charge (watt hours) as the 18650 Li-ion.

I love mine. In fact I was going to buy another today but I wound up spending a bundle of loot on juice form NLV and Want2Vape. So I had to put my visa in a safe with a timed locking device that goes off every other friday 
Realy though I love the vape it produces in my Silver Bullet were it lives. I have also used it in my Roughstack V2 were I usualy stack for 6v. I like the fact that I can use it with the same 3 ohm cartos I use at 6v and I can use it with my favorite DCoils. At 6v none of my mods will fire with Dcoils. Its a great batt.

OK, sounds like a quick way to go up in volts a little over a single Li-ion cell.
Little warning there was a 2 guys using prodigys that had these fail horribly. The first guy said that the battery was getting very hot and would not fire. The other guy said the battery actually melted in his prodigy. Just a little heads up
