50/50 ratio

I need to run out to get some PG but am thinking I may not now.

I got a deal on some 36mg VG and 36mg VG nic base. Seems folks seem to favor something along the lines of a 80/20, 70/30, or 100%VG raito. I haven't really seen that many folks talk about a 50/50 ratio.

I've been using it in some of the 3ml test batches and seem to like it. Granted I haven't let the test batches steep for a while yet. Just out of curiosity I am wondering if anyone else uses the same 50/50 with any success.

I'm not necessarily interested in throat hit, can always add a bit of vodka, some menthol, or use a 5v for the extra throat hit if I am craving it.

After a few test batches I'm starting to get used to the whole DIY thing. Thankfully haven't made anything resembling cat pee juice yet . Have one or two that turned out weak, one or two that turned out too strong, and a few where I might just have to tweak one flavor a bit lower and the other higher.

Chocolate covered cherry turned out pretty good from the get go, want to see how it will taste after a few days of steeping.... might stand a bit of cream flavor and an extra touch of sweetener for another version.

I don't do 50/50 because I use cartomizers and want them to last me as long as possible. Its all up to your personal preferences in your vape and your hardware choices.

i use 50/50 on my cartos and they seem to last but then again i use a tank so the cartos are always moist.

50/50 seems to give me the TH and vape i desire

*lol* 666 was meant as a numerological symbol of the Emperor in Rome. Oh am I a history geek or what?

I've mostly been using a tank and switching off to a carto when I am out and about. When I notice a carto starting to act funny I tend to take it out of commission and put it in the container I have for cleaning/recycling.

Reminds me I should clean one out and see about a tank mod I was looking at.... can just see getting pulled over using it on a mod. Cop won't know what is going on. It is a drug device? Is it a bomb detonator?

Sort of funny how some people seem to have no problem using something with a 50/50 or 100VG on one thing and someone else will have nothing but bad luck and headaches with the same combination.

So far the 50/50 mix has been giving me decent flavor, good enough throat hit, and the vapor output I like.

Is that a 2 liter coke bottle as a tank?

I almost blew up my first attempt at a mod with 2 14500 batteries..... had to scale it back to a puck like device.

I might be on to two good DIY juices. Give em time to steep and I'll pass them along.

Watch me have gotten the wrong sized grommets for the tank mod. The way my luck has been going they will be just a touch too big.

Hmmm... just got em wondering there about watering down thick juice. Some people swear by PGA others by distilled water. Main cause of a hangover is dehydration. Other than a throat hit the water might actually add some water to the vape, not drying us out as much..... I'm not a chemistry guy so I have no clue but might stand to reason.
