The New Mexican Chile Relleno, is a bit different than the Mexican Relleno, as it is like a corn dog but not on a stick. My Favorite is from a place called Stuffy's where it is stuffed with mozzarella cheese. A Stuffy is a Stuffed Sopaipilla, their menu is so bomb from hamburger red chile dipped stuffed with cheese, or guacamole salsa n taco mix (which has diced potatoes; potato's in a taco lol its so good), even scrambled eggs with fries and deep fried hot dogs-I get mine with green chile and cheese.
Heisenberg made NM a big tourist attraction however all the best things were not in the show lol.
Getting a good fish taco here is expensive were in the middle of the desert, fish tacos are so majik if you have never had one The Council Room at Sandia Casino has a good fish taco, however the best have to be made from local fresh water trout which has to be done the old fashion way. The Holidays bring food majik here if you have never tried it NM Posole it has Red Chile and usually pork. So many ways to make all of these things, all extremely good.

A concept of Food Majik.
It is well know food grown and eaten fresh is very beneficial for ones health. However one could take it a step further and eat only food which is grown around them with in such a range. The idea of this is one is sharing the elements and energy's which are in synergy with them in that area.
A man from China supposed to be close to 250 years old who died in the 30's said Martial Arts, Meditation, and The concept of Food Majik kept him alive and well. I think his name was Li Ching-Yuen, he believed small amounts of meat as well; as meat is not health for the human, many believe the proteins in any meat or milk (except mothers milk as a baby) are not very good for humans and promote many bad things.
