I need help, I have a lot of 901 atmys on vacations cause i don't like the cutoff time of their batteries, I am doing 510, with this adaptor can I use my 510 baterries with my 901 atmys?

Yes, you can.

But you would need this one:
Yeti/510 Battery Adapter

And Select 901 :) It will allow you to use your 510 batteries with 901 atomizers.

Anyone using one of these yet with a 801 atty? I heard the 801 is bigger holds more juice, maybe taste better? How do 801's hold up at 6 volts?

I haven't really tried it but i know mamu has :p

For sure - the 801 atty rocks at 6 volts!! I highly recommend it!

You'll really like the 801 atty with the SB. You'll have the best flavor with the 801 atty at 6 volts compared to the 901 and 510 attys.

I haven't lost any 801 attys yet to 6 volt vaping. It does hold more juice so you'll get more puffs before having to drip again or top off.

I'm looking forward to getting the next generation SB. Will be interesting to compare the two.

Well it is smaller diameter wise :) I think you'll be pleasantly happy.

Also, someone was asking about charging 901 batteries with a 510 charger...It can be done...BUT...I can't get my adapter out of the damn charger now. Soooo, I don't recommend it.
ROFL Sorry for peaking your curiosity :p

I bought 2 of the 510 adapters from Altsmoke.com:
510 to 801
and
510 to 901

I also bought a 5pack of these batteries:
510 TITAN Electronic Cigarette-Mega Power 5 Manual Battery Multi Packs.

Here is the result and I absolutely love it!!!!

I'm a little confused.. This just says 801 adapter.

altsmoke.com/replacementparts/adapt/801adapter.html (the forum won't let me post links)

Is that for hooking up 510 attys to 801 batteries? That's what I want to do. Is that available? The description sounds really confusing because it says

Do you have a huge amount of 801 batteries laying around collecting dust? Are your 510 Batteries dying and you need more? Well before you buy any more, why not put your old 901 Batteries to work for you?

I think you meant to say put your old 801 batteries to work for you, correct? That's what I want. An 801 battery to 510 atty converter... is this it?

Also, will these work with the Janty Stick V2? They normally use 801 pen style attys.. so if I get this adapter, will I be able to screw a 510 atty in and then insert it into the JS? Janty never has their adapters in stock...

That is the adaptor we have all been waiting for. You will be able to use many devices such as the Janty Stick, Screwdriver, and a few others I can't think of right now. The only problem I would see with the Janty Stick is possibly the adaptor getting stuck down inside the stick and you would have to take the box apart to get it out. But other than that this little adaptor will open up many new vapin experiences to us all. I am counting the days till mine comes in the mail.
Altsmoke is the first site I have found the battery threads also. Now I might try my hand at making a mod or two of my own. I always wanted to but hacking into a working battery was not my idea of fun. lol.... :)
Thanks Rob....

God that 801/510mega is hideous. I bet it rocks though. And hey whatever works. I agree with a previous post that the 801 atty is best suited for higher voltages. I was using the 901 at first and just switched to the 801 recently and haven't used my 901 adaptor since. The flavor is not effected as much on the 801 and they seem to hold up longer.
I'm really looking forward to using my 510 atomizers on my Screwdriver now. That should round out my arsenal. But now I am looking at the SB for a 6v unit. Darn it, so many nice looking mods and so little money... lol... I work with aluminum all day and the SB would look like another piece of material sitting on my bench. I would be scared I would pick it up and start welding it to something. lol... It really looks nice though.

So the new one is supposed to be a bit smaller in diameter? I would think you might be able to shave off a few thou on it.

No, this version SB is the same diameter as the original, I belive the smaller diameter comment was to do with the adapters. LOL as it is I have less than .064in clearance on the switch now, no room to take much more off. The SB will remain the same forever, but you never know what may be comming in the future :D
