Your mom said not to say...
With the long battery life of the m401 why hasn't an adapter to slap a 510 atomizer on that been created I wonder, it would seem to make sense. I am also curious as to why you never see a 6v mod for the m401 as well, I wonder if it has been done before with bad results. That could be a good reason why you never see one, lol! I like how slick the SB looks though, I have a mod on the way already but we all know how this works, the collection seems to get bigger every month.....

Gratz btw on your Prize, nice looking unit. Only one thing that concerns me on that though, I'll keep it to myself :)

Chad hey man how are you doing? Oh that one issue you are talking about I already figured on how to fix the issue the next day of getting it. but I dont have the tools to do it.:( anyway I heard you are hard at work on something. I know your hard work will pay off. The SB is still kicking and kicking hard. Its a solid beast of metal and it has taking a beating in the last month. And the switch still keeps on clicking like it had no clue that is was dropped ( by accident of course) from two floors onto concrete.8-o Picked it up dusted it off and vaped away:|. (luckly it didn't hit the attie):). That scared the crap out of me though. Lets just say I was a lot more careful after that.:)

LOL thats a long way to drop it. Seems every time I drop mine it wants to hit the atty, Usually just shatters the cart :(. And yes I am working on a little something :p

I guess I got lucky it didnt hit the Attie....I cant wait to see what you are coming up with. Oh if your wondering the brass tube part you saw needs a reverse thread and a cap to lock on the aluminum tube. Thats it. so if you try to either tighten or losen it ...it simply wont move...but for the main issue there needs to be a longer contact ( button side) inside the tube that is spring loaded to create a stopping point or to prevent you know what from happening. But what do I know....:p

all you need now is a cartomizer adaptor. One exists that I'm aware of..looks like a 901 atty with male on one end female on other.

I'd far prefer one of your small trick shiny good looking adaptors..female in male out and a air hole the size of a 901 atty's air hole would do it perfectly.

Of course that little hole might cost more than its worth, i have no idea, but i guarantee you that you'd sell them, i just bought two of those butcher jobs cause you dont have any LOL...and they make my cig too long looks like harry potter's wand doh!

Sorry to resurrect a semi-old thread, but any chance you'll have a 510 to cartomizer adapter any time soon? Please say yes! ;)

Just received my 901(battery) to 510(atty) adapter from Rob yesterday. I'm using it on another commercially available mod I happened upon that only came 901 ready(all I own is 510 atty's). I'll tell you what, I cannot understand why it took sooooo long for someone to make these things available. It does exactly what it's supposed to do(as I'm sure all the other adapter variations Rob sells do) and is cheap. It is simple as pie to use, attractive to look at & engineered(works) perfectly. No more having to buy multiple versions of the same e-cig or mod, or expensive adapter housings to be able to use multiple atty's on the same power source. This is THE 1st true innovative, actually useful product to come on the e-cig market in some time. Thanks again Rob.

Hi
I am using the SB with the 801 adapter. it is not only leaking, it is basically RUNNING out of it!! Is there something wrong with the threads or? (I have made sure it is screwed on proper)

If I leave the SB standing on the table for a while there is a pool of nigotine around the adaptor. So when I lift it up to smoke, the nigotine is running down the SB and onto my fingers - not nice!
I bought yet another adaptor in case there ws something wrong with the first one, but it is the same problem?

I have tried two types of atomizers, and both are doing it.

Am I the only one with this problem?

When you overfill an atty or cart it will run out of the atomizer. This is a well know issue with most atomizers, the adapters have nothing to do with it. You could lay the SB on its side when not in use. Keep a tissue ready when dripping :)
