Is it possible for the 510 to burn ur lungs and throat? I took a hit off it and it burned my chest, i had to cough. A little overkill if u ask me lol. im afraid i friggin synged my lungs or some xxxx

The vapor isn't hot even when the atomizer is hot, and definitely not hot enough to hurt.
But what you're describing - I find it's happened with a few high-nic flavors I try. (Started happening when I began using the blue foam mod on my 510 and could take these massive puffs!) Like a real angry throat hit that kept traveling south. I backed off the deep inhaling for a while and it went away.
Or maybe you're inhaling a flavor that you're sensitive to and getting irritated?

I get the burn when vaping a strong juice with a semi dry atty.
Direct drip helps me keep atty wet.

it was just 18mg marlboro. Not sure how u would categorize it. Its usually called high, but on here it seems to be the mid level according to people. I been smoking it fine. Most of the times its not even enough throat hit, but when u first top off the carts damn. It feels like its burning the cilia out of my lungs lol
18mg is about right for me.
If the atty coil is a bit dry it will burn my throat.
Sometimes the atty coil is gunked up and difficult to prime.
I prime a dry clean atty with PGA then direct drip to keep it wet.

it's the coil going dry. the wick cant keep up in keeping the coil moist so you get the "burn". my atty is hot all the time so I placed a "heat sink" aka a strip of wet paper towel wrapped around the atty casing
