510 attie problem

Hi all im struggling to get 510 atties to fire in my new ggts the only way i can get them to fire up is if a leave the GGTS very very loose just about falling apart loose any help would be appreciated

Which part of the GGTS are you having to keep loose?

All of it if i tighten any part with a 510 attie in it wont fire up. 901 attie is fine and i can tighten it up but with 510 the attie is loose, the top part with collector tank is loose, and the bottom part with switch is loose thats the only way to get it to fire up. If any part turns slightly it stops again and i spend 10 mins trying to find the sweet spot that will make it fire again.

Hi Rizz my friend. Do those 3 things and you will see:

1. change batteries

2. clean the axis on the front cap and then base of the button

3. The atty can be a big problem because when you tighten it too much its center pole touch its threrads. So change first the atty and then do the above
